Broccoli Sunshine Salad

Stefanie has made this salad a few times during the holidays.  It's pretty good. 

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 cups broccoli florets (approximately 1/2 pound)
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a large bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, toss until evenly coated.
  3. Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes 10 servings.

I make broccoli casserole during the holidays :) this salad is really good though, the dressing is delish!
